The 16th Annual 4th Street Lilac Festival was held on May 29, 2005 from 10AM to 5PM. 4th Street is closed for vehicles between 12th Ave and Elbow drive for this event. Central Memorial Park is also used as part of the festival venue.

Visitors can visit over 400 craft, food and entertainment vendors.
